Carlos Praniauskas CTS, MQPQigong is the skillful practice of absorbing, circulating and applying life force energy. Qigong has a history of nearly 3,000 years. Traditional Chinese Medicine states that yuanqi (vital energy) is the root of all life and health depends on the degree of rise and fall of this vital energy. The maintenance process of the body's normal life activities is the result of the yin and yang balance. Any imbalance of the yin and yang may result in illness.
